Spa Policies


Cancellations:

Waterfalls reserves your appointment time for you. All services are reserved with a credit card. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy: appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% non-refundable deposit for the service. No show appointments will be charges in full.


Children: We love young children, however we cannot accommodate them at the spa. Children from 11-17 may choose options from our teen menu. Children from 5+ may receive nail treatments accompanied by an adult. All children need written consent from a parent prior to treatment.


Refunds: All sales are final including gift certificates. Gift certificates are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.


Lost Items: Waterfalls is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items. We encourage you to check your robe pockets before leaving.


Cell Phones: Phones must be off or in silent mode while in the spa. They are not allowed in treatment rooms. This is your time.


Gratuity: A customary 20% for outstanding service is greatly appreciated. Gratuity is added into all packages and for 3 or more services.
