Payment and Cancellation Policy
In order to book your bridal treatments, we do require a credit card number to hold all appointments. An appointment will not be held until there is a credit card number on file. All appointments for your bridal party will be held under one credit card.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Two weeks prior to the date of your services, you will receive confirmation of your services. At this time, the next 25% deposit is due.
Approximately 2 days prior to your services, you will receive a final confirmation of your spa day. The remaining 50% payment is due at that time. This allows you to be able to feel confident that your timing is correct for your wedding day, and ensure that you will be ready to relax and enjoy.
Cancellation for any services requires 2 weeks notice; failure to do so will result in loss of the 50% deposit.
Gratuity has been included in the service price for your convenience.
