FAQ about Insurance Benefits
The easiest and best way to start is to talk to your medical provider about a prescription for regular massage. Once a prescription is written, contact your Insurance Provider, inform them of your written prescription, and see what their policies are.
We provide you with an Insurance Reimbursement Form, which includes your name, your therapists name, the price of the service, and a brief description of what the therapist worked on. Once it is signed & dated by both parties, you send it to your insurance provider. They will then send you your reimbursement, the amount depending on what type of coverage you have.
Let's review with these 3 steps:
1. Call your doctor & see about a prescription.
2. Call your insurance company & see what your coverage is.
3. Come in for a massage and we provide you with an Insurance Reimbursement form, & you send it to your insurance provider.
