What is the best treatment for me?

Our staff is trained on every treatment offered and can recommend the service that best meets your goals and needs.


What if I have a special health consideration?

Be sure to notify our spa staff before booking your treatment if you have a medical history that includes allergies, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have other ailments. If you have any concerns, please let us know.


Is it okay to ask the therapist to adjust things to make me more comfortable?

Absolutely. This is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest.

Whether it is the room temperature, the massage pressure, or the volume of the music, just ask.


What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.

Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.


Do I wash my hair before an updo?

Yes. It is important to come with dry hair.


What if I need to cancel my appointment?

The treatments that you select are reserved especially for you.

We require 48 hours notice to cancel without a charge.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours will result in a non-refundable deposit.


What do I do with my cell phone?

Please turn off your cell phone during the visit to the spa. This time is for you to enjoy privately.


What is the policy on gratuity?

Gratuity is not added onto our pricing. A customary 20% for outstanding service is greatly appreciated.


Is there a spa etiquette?

The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation.

Please respect another guests right to privacy and quiet. Cell phones and pagers are prohibited.


Spa Policies:

Children under the age of 18 must have parents written consent prior to spa treatments.

Children under 16 receiving a treatment must be accompanied by an adult.

We love young children, however we cannot accommodate them while you are receiving a treatment.

All sales are final, including gift certificates.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Waterfalls Day Spa cannot be responsible for lost personal items.

When should I arrive for my spa treatment?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and relax prior to your treatment.


Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatment?

This is your treatment and we want you to feel comfortable. It is customary for clients to completely disrobe for certain treatments. However, you may wear undergarments if you prefer.   Keep in mind that our staff are trained to drape you discreetly and to protect your privacy at all times. We provide robes and slippers.
