Spa Policies:

Cancellations: 

First time clients must reserve their appointment with a credit card. There is a 24 hr cancellation policy: if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there is a 50% charge for that service. This includes appointments made on the same day. No show appointments will be charged in full.

Children:

We love young children, however we cannot accommodate them during your treatment. Please make plans to have them cared for offsite.

Spa Services for Children:

Nail treatments are available to children 7 and up with a parent. Teen Spa menu offerings are for ages 11-17 only. Written consent is required from parent prior to treatment. 

Refunds:

All sales are final including gift certificates. Gift certificates are non transferable and not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates must be present to be accepted as a form of payment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

 Lost Items:

Waterfalls Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items. We encourage you to leave your valuables at home and to check your robe pockets prior to leaving.

Cell Phones:

Phones are not permitted in the spa. They must be in silent mode when left in your locker. This is your time to unplug.

Gratuity:

15-20% gratuity for outstanding service is customary.

Waterfalls Day Spa is dedicated to helping local causes, and it brings us joy to help our community.

We are pleased to provide a gift certificate for your non-profit charity, fundraiser, auction or other special event. All we ask is that you provide a link to our website from yours before requesting the donation.

 Requesting a donation:

To ensure that we only donate to legitimate organizations and for legitimate uses, we ask that all organizations that request first link us from a page on their website.

This is our way of determining the request is authentic, and that the organization has approved the request.

Before submitting your request, you will need the address of the page on your organizations website which links to us to submit your donation request form.  Please send an email with the link to waterfallsdayspa@gmail with the subject line: DONATION REQUEST.
