SPA POLICIES
GIFT CARDS Gift cards are valid for 5 years. Gift cards are the responsibility of the client and we are not responsible for lost cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
CANCELLATIONS All clients must reserve their appointment with a credit card. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there is a 50% charge for that service. Appointments canceled within one hour of your appointment time and/or no show appointments will be charged in full for that service. This includes appointments made for the same day.
REFUNDS All sales are final, including gift certificates. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and must be present at time of payment.
BOOKING We welcome walk-ins, but recommend to all clients, new or loyal, that they book their treatments in advance. We are not always able to accommodate clients at the last minute.
CELL PHONES Phones are NOT permitted in the spa. They must be OFF or on SILENT when left in your locker. This is your time to unplug.
CHILDREN We love young children; however we cannot accommodate them during your treatment. Please make plans to have them cared for offsite.
SPA SERVICES FOR CHILDREN Nail Treatments are available to children 7 and up with a parent present.
LOST ITEMS Waterfalls Day Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items. We encourage you to leave valuables at home and to check your robe pockets and locker prior to leaving.
GRATUITY 15-20% gratuity for outstanding services is customary.
